Baghdad, October 23 / October (Rn) - The province of Baghdad on Sunday that it has, regardless of all funds allocated to them within the current year budget to implement service projects in the province. The deputy governor of Baghdad, Mohammed al-Shammari told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the province of Baghdad completed budget in 2011 increased by 100%, which amounted to its own funds 645 billion Iraqi dinars. " He explained that "a number of projects have been implemented within the allowances of the current year budget, including the construction of 20 schools and 10 health centers and the establishment of a sewerage system and support the Iraqi universities and clothing the streets." The government says the deficit will be covered by cash retained from the current year budget 2011 is internal and external borrowing and the proportion of savings is expected to increase selling prices or increased oil production or borrowing from the IMF and World Bank.
