The Alliance of Sayers led by Muqtada al-Sadr confirmed his refusal to nominate any previously tested figure in Al-Kazemi's squad.
The coalition’s deputy, Abbas Alawi, said in a press statement, that the coalition’s position is “to refuse to nominate any previously tested personality, or was part of the state of failure.”
He added, "Until now, the cabinet of the new government has not been officially presented, as it is still under negotiation between the designated president and the political forces."
He stressed "the need not to repeat Al-Kazemi's experience of previous governments, in forming a government according to the political and sectarian quota system, as this matter may lead to the non-voting of his government in Parliament."
