Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki received a high-level Kurdish delegation on Thursday and made modest progress toward passing long-delayed oil legislation, agreeing to re-convene committees designed to resolve stubborn disputes between Baghdad and the semi-autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).
