He noted “that the presence of the Americans now in those areas pay risk lawlessness and disintegration of consensus on those areas.
President Talabani submitted a draft law to the motion to re-demarcation of administrative boundaries of the provinces covered by Article 140 of the Constitution to return it to what it was before the change in the era of the former regime.
