A source close to the Office of the highest religious authority in Najaf, Ali Sistani, told the Shatt al-Arab that Mr. declined for the third time asked the prime minister to meet him and to the existence of a decision Baym for any government figure, because of the lack of implementation of the government demands of reference in political reform and the provision of services and to fight spoilers.
