BAGHDAD / JD / .. Geological Survey confirmed affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals that Iraq has the largest reserves of phosphate after Maghreb, showed that the new trend in the industry is now about geological silicon industries.
The Director General of the Commission Khaldun Bassam in a written statement received / JD / copy of it: that Iraq possesses tremendous wealth of mineral resources unexploited so far the most important of phosphate, which Iraq has the largest reserves after the Arab Maghreb in addition to having tons of ceramic, sand and silica.
