Biden in Baghdad: Partnership with Iraq, including security, economy and education
BAGHDAD – Hussein Ali, David agreed to Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Vice President Joe Biden to continue «strategic partnership» between the two countries in the «political, security, economic and cultural after the full withdrawal of U.S. troops from combat in the country’s year-end.
