Iraq List welcomes Maliki’s visit to Washington; Regards as a step in resolving many disputes over the outstanding issues

Welcomed the Iraqi List, the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki’s visit to Washington, believing them to step in solving many outstanding problems.

Iraqi List MP Hussein al-Shaalan told the news agency of public opinion (and babysit) expressed support for the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Washington, noting that “this visit involves solving many problems outstanding and put some of the conventions that would serve the interests of Iraq.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abawi had discussed with a delegation from the U.S. embassy in Baghdad under the chairmanship of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy Douglas Silliman visit, which is decided by the Prime Minister, Mr. Nuri al-Maliki to the United States next week.
According to a ministry statement received news agency public opinion (and babysit) a copy of it on Wednesday the two sides discussed the prospects that open yet this visit to the growth and development of relations between the two countries and bilateral and regional issues to be discussed with the U.S. side, particularly the ways of building relations between the two countries after the U.S. withdrawal and activating joint cooperation in different areas in the light of the strategic partnership agreement signed between the two countries.

The statement said the two sides also discussed a number of issues of bilateral and regional issues of common concern.
