Maliki adviser denies an intention to make Alsjeri and acting finance minister instead of al-Issawi

Mary Rayes denied Adviser to the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and an intention to make the MP for the province of Salah al-Din Ali Alsjeri finance minister, instead of acting Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi absent from meetings of the Council of Ministers decision of the Iraqi List, a commitment to suspend participation in cabinet meetings.
Said Rais told all of Iraq [where] the day that “al-Maliki did not decide until this moment, working to replace the existing Iraqi ministers absent from the meetings of the Council of Ministers.”
It added that “the number of ministers of the Iraqi List, are only three and the rest Talbo the holidays,” noting that “Ministers are absent and the Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi and Communications Minister Mohammed Allawi, Minister of Science and Technology Abdel Karim al-Samarrai.”
The Iraqi List, has decided to suspend the presence of the ministers in the cabinet after it suspended its deputies to attend meetings of the Council of Representatives to protest what it called the policy of exclusion and marginalization, as well as to issue an arrest warrant for leader of the Vice-President Tareq al-Hashemi.
