BAGHDAD (Iba) … The Iraqi government announced that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will visit Kuwait next Sunday to discuss the outstanding issues between the two countries, after talks with his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, the most important files between the two countries in a telephone interview Monday.
The adviser said the Prime Minister Hamid Hussain Al Jabri told a news briefing that al-Maliki will discuss the problem of the port in Kuwait, Mubarak Al-Kabeer and the closure of outstanding issues.
The Iraqi government says that Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII, based on Kuwait’s position towards the issue of missing Kuwaitis, and archives, in addition to the stent border.
