He pointed to: that the rate of imports of goods from abroad has increased to (60) billion dollars last year with a significant decline in industry and agriculture, this indicates that Iraq is a consumer and not productive, due to lack of an integrated plan for the economic development process .
. He attributed the picture: the causes of decline in the economic situation in the country to the lack of experience and competence and the solutions improvised and prosthetics and is the root of the advancement of it.
He called for: to develop a plan of economic future based on a scientific basis for the advancement of economic sectors and dispensing with the import commodity from abroad.
It should be noted that many economists expected rise in commodity prices and food abroad as a result of the global economic crisis taking place in America and Europe, as well as regional and political disputes
