Baghdad (news) .. carrying member of the Committee on Energy and Oil and parliamentary deputy / National Alliance / Awad al-Awadi, the Kurdistan Alliance, the responsibility for delaying the adoption of the law of oil and gas, pointing out that the Kurdistan Alliance wants partnership in everything.
He said al-Awadi said in a statement (for the Agency news ) today Aalthelathae: that the main reason for not adopting the law of oil and gas, and delayed by the House of Representatives is due to the lack of conviction of the Kurdish bloc’s parliamentary him, because he gives full authority to the central government, noting that they have a vision to participate in the resolution and management and everything, and this leads to weakening the federal government in making its decisions.
The member of the Committee on Energy and Oil parliamentary, that the Constitution in Article (112) thereof, included giving the authority wide in the management of Iraqi funds, including oil and gas to the central government that this wealth belongs to all people, calling for the need to have the government central priority in the management of the nation’s money and coordination between local governments of the provinces and regions producing this wealth and which is the strong governing oil and gas wealth.
Earlier, he called the Second Deputy Speaker Arif Tayfur of the importance of reviewing the draft law of oil and gas by the oil and energy with the participation of parliamentary political blocs, calling for the existence of violations, constitutional violations, especially when the distribution of powers and the joint management of natural resources between the federal government and the provinces of Kurdistan.
