Held by President Jalal Talabani held a press conference after the meeting of leaders of blocs, which was followed by the final statement for the meeting of leaders of blocs.
Talabani said in his statement “the parties met to achieve full sovereignty at the approaching departure of U.S. forces and the meeting agreed to achieve full sovereignty leaders also agreed on the need for instructors to train Iraqi troops and complete the processing as soon as possible.”
“The Atfqo Alyodharorh not to grant immunity to the remaining forces for training and the training of Iraqi forces to a professional, working according to the Constitution.”
The meeting of leaders of political blocs have started at six o’clock and 45 minutes of the evening in the presence of most of the leaders in the Peace Palace at the invitation of President Jalal Talabani.
