The source said in an interview with (Baghdad today), "the individual meetings of the Iranians and the Americans with officials of the Kurdistan region, reached two proposals, on the referendum."
The source explained that "the first proposal, included theimplementation of the referendum within the Kurdistan region only, to avoid a war between the components in the disputed areas," while the second option, according to the source, "the activation of the parliament of Kurdistan, and vote to postpone the referendum for two years, Territory for two years as well. "
The Kurdish media reported on Wednesday, the start of the tripartite meeting of the parties of the National Union and the Democratic and the Islamic Union of Kurdistan, to discuss the activation of the Parliament of Kurdistan.
The PUK had met yesterday with the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Movement for Change and the Kurdistan Islamic Group to discuss the activation of the Parliament of Kurdistan and ending the problems in the region and ended the meeting insistence change on its position rejecting the holding of parliament in the current circumstances.
On September 12, the Kurdistan Democratic Party (Barzani Party) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (Talabani) agreed to return the Kurdish parliament to work, about two years after it was stopped.
