"Iraq looks forward to great support for the reconstruction of liberated areas destroyed by terrorism so that social life can return to normal, stressing that Iraq is counting on the conference of donor countries to be held in Kuwait."
In turn, the Amir of Kuwait renewed his country's support for Iraq and expressed his great desire to develop relations between the two countries.
