URGENT Minister of Electricity warns of full fire in Iraq

The Minister of Electricity warns of a complete shutdown in Iraq
(Baghdad: Al Furat News) Minister of Electricity, Qasim Fahdawi, warned of a complete shutdown of the national electrical power system in Iraq.

A statement of the ministry received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it that Fahdawi stressed "the need to maintain the production of electric power, and seeknot to decrease through the ongoing monitoring of the safety of operation of generating units, and follow-up fuel supply, in coordination with the Ministry of Oil."
He added that the Minister of Electricity stressed "during his daily meeting with the advanced owners of the ministry on Wednesday, to achieve justice in the distribution of electricity in Baghdad and the provinces, and the diagnosis of any case exceeded by the provinces on their quotas assessed."
He called on the Minister of Electricity to "hold accountable those who carry out these abuses strongly, because the case of overrun is theft from the shares of other provinces, as well as exposing the national electricity system to the risk of total cessation."
Last week, the Ministry of Electricity announced a rise in its energy output to more than 15,000 megawatts and promised to increase the number of hours of processing for the citizens after the increase in the last few weeks as temperatures rose.
Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said in a press conference on Tuesday that "the increase of electricity production and overcome the temporary crisis that occurred during the past two weeks because of maintenance and failures in a number of joints of electric power and was processed, there is a clear improvement in the production of electric power than it was, and continue in this framework" .
Abadi stressed the "cooperation of the provinces with regard to the distribution of water and energy, and will not allow to exceed the electricity and water quotas from any province because it harms the other provinces."
