National Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) reports that Iraq's revenues from oil sales over the past seven months have reached $ 50 billion.
The Ministry of Oil announced yesterday that last July, recorded the highest rate of exports and revenues of oilduring the current year, according to the preliminary census issued by Sumo.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Oil Assem Jihad, the total quantities exported crude oil for the month of July from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq, amounted to 109 million and 847 thousand and 268 barrels, with revenues amounted to seven billion and 597 million and 348 thousand dollars.
Asim Jihad said the average price per barrel amounted to 69,163 dollars.
The government approved the country's budget last March, reaching 77.5 billion dollars deficit of 11 billion dollars, and adopted the budget on the price of selling oil at $ 46 per barrel at a rate of three million and 888 thousand barrels per day.
The oil minister Jabbar al-Allaibi, said earlier, that the average selling price for the month of June 2018 amounted to 69,322 dollars per barrel, while the selling rate in June 2017, 42,067 dollars a barrel, which contributes to reduce the proportion of budget deficit Federation for this year.
The exports of crude from the southern ports overlooking the Gulf amounted to 3,543 million barrels per day on average during the month of July.
