"There is no need to go to the Constitutional Court as long as there is Article 140 in the Constitution and we say it is a road map to solve the problem of Kirkuk," noting that "coexistence between the components there is no problem between the Kurds and Arabs and Turkmen," pointing out that " The application of this article in Kirkuk from the parties internal and regional, "stressing that" Kirkuk is a Kurdish identity. "
