"This agreement is the first step in the cooperation that we would like to achieve with the Ministry of Commerce and other ministries in helping the government and the prime minister implement what he wants to do," said US Ambassador Douglas Silliman.
"This is all within the framework of the Strategic Framework Agreement between the two countries, an example of the kind of cooperation we would like to continue with the Ministry of Commerce and the Government," he said.
