BAGHDAD / The political analyst Ahmed al-Sharifi said on Saturday that Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi will not open the files of previous corruption.
"Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, announced after being given confidence by the House of Representatives that he is ready to hold accountable for the corruption of his government and not theprevious governments," Sharifi said.
He pointed out that "the movements of Abdul Mahdi shows that he did not care about files of corruption in previous governments, and this is a negative, because there are files of corruption and large and dangerous in previous governments."
