{International: Euphrates News} The Turkish Foreign Ministry announced an important diplomatic decision on Iraq.
"Turkey is planning to reactivate its consulates in Mosul and Basra and open two consulates in Kirkuk and Najaf in Iraq this year," foreign ministry spokesman Aksoi said at a press conference held in Ankara.
