Abadi - The current scene is worse than the quotas and the fascists prevented Fawzi in a second term

[Baghdad - where]
the head of the coalition of victory, former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said the current political scene is "worse than quotas."
"It is not fair to give ministries to blocs without others," Abbadi said in a newspaper interview. "The scene we live in is worsethan quotas and reform should be in the curriculum, not in the figures."
He stressed that "the interest of the nation should be on the subject, whatever the reasons," pointing out that "the corrupt were Fad decided not to win again headed for fear of their interests," he said.
"From the fault of the current cabinet, officials have returned to executive positions despite suspicions of corruption," he said, revealing that "some officials were protected by up to 500 personnel and their numbers were greatly reduced."
"I have worked to combat corruption, but it takes time, effort and criminal evidence," he said. "We still insist on professionalism in choosing the rest of the posts and the candidate insists on quotas."
He pointed out that "the victory that has been achieved on terrorism and safety, which lives in Baghdad is achieved by the efforts and sacrifices are great and this is achieved is the efforts of Iraqis and fighting on the ground and our preference to the world as a whole."
"Terrorism, sectarianism and unified Iraq are the challenges of our efforts to address them until 2018," Abadi said. "No one can be arrested without evidence except through the judiciary."
"We suffered from a difficult economic phase and salaries were absolutely threatened. We faced the two most serious challenges at the beginning of my government: low oil prices and terrorism," he said.
On the delay of completion of the cabinet cab, Abadi said that the alliance "Surun and Fatah move as a negotiating delegation to resolve the rest of the positions," noting that "there is a constitutional clause on the largest bloc and consensus was a reason to name the prime minister."
