A source close to Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi said that the latter intends to send the name of the candidate of the Ministry of Education substitute for Safana al-Hamdani, which did not enjoy the confidence of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in the voting session today.
The source said that the prime minister will provide the name of the alternative candidateduring today's session or a maximum session next Thursday for the purpose of voting and completion of the cabinet cabins.
The Iraqi Council of Representatives voted today on the candidates of the three ministries of defense, interior and justice, while unable to vote on the candidate of the Ministry of Education.
