BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Foreign Ministry said today that the U.S. due to recent heavy security threats in Iraq, U.S. officials expect that an increasing number of security companies in 2012 to about five thousand security guard company.
A statement issued by the U.S. State Department last night said the company would take over the security guard to protect U.S. diplomats in Iraq and ensure the U.S. ability to communicate successfully and effectively with the Iraqi government and the Iraqi people towards building an effective partnership between the two countries in the region.
The statement predicted low number of security presence, a remarkable decline in the coming years because of the continued improvement of security conditions in Iraq since 2007.
He noted that the Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq is part of the U.S. strategic commitment and partnership with Iraq, adding that this office will require more security personnel to protect facilities and people, but he did not specify after preparation.
He said the United States is seriously committed to Bembde a solid partnership with Iraq, which could be a strong ally in a strategic area in the world.
He added that the priority of the United States enhance partnership relations with Iraq through diplomatic presence is strong and intense that comes through to ensure the protection and safety of diplomats.
The statement said that Iraq is witnessing a development in the bodies and institutions of democracy and security capabilities, so the security presence will be reduced accordingly
