{Baghdad_Where} Today, the Parliamentary Crisis Cell issued several decisions and recommendations to reassure vulnerable segments,

as the Parliament Crisis Cell headed by Hassan Al-Kaabi, First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, held today the seventh meeting of the Parliamentary Crisis Cell, charged withfollowing up on the Diwaniya 55 Committee charged with confronting the Corona epidemic.

During the meeting today, the cell hosted Minister of Planning Nuri Al-Dulaimi and Minister of Agriculture Saleh Al-Hassani to stand on the readiness of the two ministries for the next stage to face the Corona epidemic and the existing challenges related to reducing the burden on the needy families and vulnerable groups in the country.

The cell, together with the ministers of planning and agriculture, took a number of decisions and recommendations to the government that would reassure the Iraqi street and address the effects of the embargo and stay in homes.

1. Confirmation of the Council of Ministers and the Minister of Planning to launch an urgent grant for each Iraqi individual, where the Minister affirmed the possibility of paying an amount of 30,000 dinars to 10 ten million Iraqi individuals who do not receive any salary from the state and according to the central data available at the Ministry of Planning.

2. Requesting the government not to meet the electricity wages of citizens until this year.

3. Call on the government to create an account for social solidarity that includes representatives, ministers and all special grades.

4. Requesting the government to release all available exemptions to import food and agricultural supplies to meet the full needs of the citizen.

5. Requesting the Council of Ministers to exempt the companies, farmers and contract farmers for the year 2020 in accordance with all laws from rental fees.

6. Postponing the repayment of loans and sums due from borrowers from the Agricultural Bank, "Ministry of Finance".

7. Postponing the repayment of loans and amounts due for the year 2020 for farmers and farmers due to their borrowing of amounts for the purchase of agricultural machinery, equipment and supplies from the General Company for Agricultural Supplies.
