The deputy of the Al-Fateh Alliance Fadel Jaber said, on Saturday, that the decision to withdraw the Presidency of the Republic to nominate Judge Muhammad Rajab al-Kubaisi would force the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, to withdraw his candidacy for al-Zrafi, calling on the Shiite political forces to urgently resolve the nominationof a new personality.
Jaber said in a statement, "The legal rule says everything that is built on falsehood, then it is invalid and therefore any decision taken in the presence of Judge Muhammad Rajab al-Kubaisi is null and this is what will apply to the assignment of Zarfi, who is also the last also illegal."
Jaber added, "The president of the republic has become in an embarrassing legal position and he will have to withdraw his candidacy for Zarfi sooner or later," calling on the Shiite political forces to "urgently resolve the nomination of a new personality."
The adviser to the presidency, Amir al-Kinani, had confirmed in a previous statement, today, that the decision of the Court of Cassation to revoke the membership of Judge Muhammad Rajab al-Kubaisi in the Federal Court obliges the President of the Republic to withdraw his decree.
