Rashid said in a press conference in response to a press questionabout the readiness of the Kurdistan region to deliver oil to Baghdad, saying: "We are ready not to deliver 250 thousand barrels of oil to Baghdad only, but to hand over the oil file in full, but in return, Baghdad must commit to disbursing all the financial dues to the region."
