[Baghdad-where] The
leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, explained today, Monday, the decision not to vote on the new cabinet.
Maliki said in a statement received [where] a copy of it, that "the political project for the rule of law confirms the establishment of a strong and qualified government to bear historical responsibility in front of the Iraqi people and address firmly and willingly to address the serious challenges facing our country in various fields."
