The head of the National Approach Bloc, Ammar Tohme, said in a statement that he received [where] a copy of it, “One of the most important duties of the new government that it is supposed to undertake is to combat financial and administrative corruption through a clear plan and discreet mechanisms that we summarize accordingly: -
. Reconsidering the officials of the regulatory agencies and departments in the state ministries and institutions, so that the officials in the supervisory bodies are truly independent from the executive authority and their nomination by civil society organizations and political societies not participating in the government, and in this way, we guarantee the independence of these regulatory bodies in fulfilling their role in holding officials accountable and checking their work and fighting corruption.

b. Reducing the time period for licenses granted to companies from (15) years to (5) years in order to ensure tougher commitment and higher competition to provide Services and fulfill the obligations and conditions of licenses for the benefit of the Iraqi state.

Reviewing the allocations of embassies, consulates and diplomatic missions and identifying the actual need for the existence of many of them and their feasibility politically or economically, especially since many of them did not engage in productive activity for the country other than the financial depletion of the public budget and providing these huge funds for the Iraqi people and employing the unemployed and providing services.
. The fair management of wealth and its equitable distribution based on the criteria of the constitution and the population ratio of the governorates and avoiding political compliments and their unjust effects.
. Creating a fair electoral environment that guarantees realistic representation of the will of the voters and professional management independent of the influence of politics and its selfish goals.
. Canceling unfair privileges of senior officials and others and transferring them to disadvantaged groups.
