The deputy from Najaf province, Fadel Jaber, confirmed on Monday the necessity for MPs to attend parliament on Wednesday because of the country’s situation.
Jaber told {Euphrates News} that “Parliament has not held its sessions since the formation of the government despite the country'smany problems, such as the Corona pandemic and the economic situation.
"Important and sensitive files must be present in the corridors of Parliament," Jaber added, stressing that "it is imperative that the deputies attend the Wednesday session because there are heated files that must be addressed in addition to the general situation of the country."
Jaber indicated that "it is possible to announce the agenda for Wednesday's session today or tomorrow."
