Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazimi, close to the leader of the State of Law coalition, was assigned to head his office.
A Diwani order issued by Al-Kazemi came on Sunday, and it was obtained "for the necessities of the public interest, and according tothe legal powers vested in us, it was decided to assign Judge Raed Jouhi Hammadi the duties of director of the Prime Minister's Office."
Hammadi, who is close to Maliki, was chosen from three names that were on the table of Al-Kazemi.
As for the names that were not chosen, they are: Abu Mariam Al-Ansari, leader of the Badr Organization, and Muhammad Salem Al-Ghabban, leader of the Badr Organization.
