The average oil price ranged between $ 62 and $ 74 for the whole of 2019

To give a clear and explicit position on the disbursements of the emergency reserve and social benefits that were monitored in the 2019 budget, it is necessary to disclose the proportion of spending and the proportion of the remainder of it.
Especially since the previous government was stagnant and dysfunctional that did not require financial expenditures on emergency and private benefits sections
The same question applies to the funds allocated for investment expenditures and the fate of their large sums.
