A letter to Al-Kazemi to reveal the largest financial file in the government of his predecessor Abdul Mahdi

The leader of the National Approach bloc, Muhannad Al-Atabi, sent a letter to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to reveal the largest financial file in the previous government.
The message stated:
From the political responsibility website, I shine the light on important headings related to the general budget for the year 2019
I ask the Prime Minister to disclose it in the 2020 budget in a transparent and frank manner

First :
Submit a final account for the 2019 budget, which represents what was spent and what was collected as actual and tangible revenue during the said year
Especially since the year 2019 witnessed a big jump in oil prices in global markets, which leads to questions about the fate of the differences in oil sales resulting from the high prices.
Oil was estimated at $ 56 per barrel, while oil recorded an increase of nearly $ 75 per barrel in April.
The average oil price ranged between $ 62 and $ 74 for the whole of 2019
And so we will have a very huge financial difference
Only the final account will be answered.

Secondly :
To give a clear and explicit position on the disbursements of the emergency reserve and social benefits that were monitored in the 2019 budget, it is necessary to disclose the proportion of spending and the proportion of the remainder of it.
Especially since the previous government was stagnant and dysfunctional that did not require financial expenditures on emergency and private benefits sections
The same question applies to the funds allocated for investment expenditures and the fate of their large sums.
