congratulated the Iraqi Foreign Minister, Fuad Hussein, on Sunday, on the occasion of his victory in the presidency of the United States of America.
"We look forward to strengthening bilateral relations and pushing forward dialogues and cooperation between the two countries at all levels," Hussain said in a statement.
He added that "common challenges call for us to intensify joint action."
On Saturday, Biden defeated Donald Trump in the race to the White House, US media reported, in a victory that marks a historic turning point for America and the world after 4 years of a presidential term full of political conflicts.
