President of Industrial Assembly calls on Iraq to increase budget for industrial sector
President of the industry requires the government to increase investment budget to support the industrial sector of Iraq

Baghdad (news) .. called that the industrial assembly Abdel-Hassan al-Shammari, the federal government increase the investment budget for next year to support the industrial sector in Iraq through building strategic industries is huge.
Al-Shammari said in a statement to the Agency (news) on Wednesday: If the government wants to promote the industrial sector of the country and construction of industrial installations huge country, it must do to increase its budget investment at the expense of operating for the purpose of promoting this sector and the national economy in general.
Shammari said: that the Iraqi revenues and annual rents based on oil only, it must activate the other economic sectors, particularly the industrial sector.
The Shammari to: most of the world has international exhibitions dedicated to display the industries of
local, such as Turkey, which has (120) international exhibition of their industries, while Iraq has exposed one orphan (Baghdad International) and rarely exposed the Iraqi industries and this is due to the lack of encouraging the government to the industrial sector in Iraq.
Shammari called the federal government and local governments in the provinces to allocate a huge budget to support private industry to build strategic industries and extractive natural resources in Iraq.
The head of the assembly industry of Iraq to the next budget amounted to (112) billion dollars, and most of them went to operational matters such as salaries and other, and more (40%) of the population of Iraq are the level of the poverty line and (25%) and below, according to figures from the Ministry of Planning, surprising not to develop radical solutions to eradicate poverty and unemployment by the Iraqi government.
