Americans do not have the ability to resolve the outstanding issues between the political blocs

Baghdad (news) .. the leader of the coalition of the center, and MP / coalition in Iraq / Mohammad Iqbal said that the United States now does not have the ability to resolve the outstanding issues between the political blocs, including, Kaltoazin state institutions.
