Erbil, October 24 (Rn) - The president of the Presidium of the Kurdistan region on Monday, for the Prime Minister Barham Salih will head an official delegation to Baghdad this evening, to discuss with officials in the federal government on the outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad.
