Baghdad, October 27 / October (Rn) – The Adviser to the Prime Minister for the national reconciliation Thursday, that the file of reconciliation with the armed factions will be closed to leave the U.S. forces of the country end of this year, noting that it did not join the project of reconciliation is still practiced his work will be outside the law .

The Khuzaie that “the justification for the existence of armed factions in Iraq will end the demise of the U.S. forces, and that if any of those groups will be treated as outlaws.”

The items include a political agreement that was concluded prior to the formation of the government within the initiative of President of Kurdistan region Masoud Barzani, the application of the national reconciliation project more broadly to include all Iraqis without exception.

But those based on national reconciliation project emphasized the lack of any reconciliation with members of the Baath Party, which ruled Iraq under the previous regime on the grounds that the constitution prohibits it.

The Iraqi Constitution prohibits in its Article VII dealing with any entity pursuing “atonement” and racism, especially with groups that accused the government of killing Iraqi civilians.

The Iraqi government is trying to strengthen its influence to establish security through the adoption of the reconciliation project to bring the armed factions and the opposition is accused of killing Iraqis into the political process, while the U.S. military prepares to withdraw from Iraq by the end of this year.

He succeeded Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in 2008 in the establishment of tribal groups in support of his government, social security, similar to the tribal militias set up by the U.S. Army in 2006 to track down militants of al Qaeda.
