Maliki’s visit to Japan next month to encourage investment in Iraq

Hilla (Iba) .. Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, said Thursday it will pay a visit to Japan next month in the framework of a tour to invite companies to invest in Iraq, while he will be referred to the expansion of the powers of the provinces.

Maliki said when meeting with the governor of Babylon Mohamed Messaoudi and provincial council chairman Kazim Majid and members of the provincial council and the heads of government departments in Babylon that he would invite Japanese companies to establish investment projects in Iraq.
