Talabani, the delay in the implementation of his duties on Article 140
Accounted for the bill, which intends to President Jalal Talabani presented to the Iraqi parliament and the re-demarcation of the disputed areas of interest newspapers in the Kurdish province of Kurdistan.
Where indicated Hawlati weekly that the parliamentarians believe that Talabani Kurds delay in the implementation of his duties on article one hundred forty-constitutional and that was it that he had already prepared a project for this purpose.
The other hand, the paper quoted lawmaker Mahmoud Othman said that the project must be submitted quickly to the parliament for a vote which is difficult to achieve.
Othman added that the bill will raise several problems, therefore, it is supposed to be being addressed through a political agreement.
