aGAIN, BETTER WRITING BUT INSTEAD OF RAISING THREE ZEROES THE MEANING IS CORRECT WITH: RAZING THREE ZEROES. IN OTHER WORDS ELIMINATING THREE ZEROES SO THAT ONE DINAR IS WORTH .86 DOLLAR AT CURRENT EXCHANGE RATES AND A 25,0000 DINAR NOTE WOULD NOW BE ONLY 25 DINARS.
