11-17-2011- Adam Montana the GOI, IMF, UN, and CBI are the major players here. Other countries and governments have a stake and an influence but we are all headed the same direction, we all have the same goals and the same desires. I don't see anyone NOT wanting Iraq to RV other than Kuwait because Kuwait makes more money on Iraq if they hold them down but Kuwait no longer has the strong influence on this situation that it used to so 99% of the players are pushing forward.
