			1-1-2015   *American Contractor   ~There is a lot of talk in the dinar world that the Iraqi government must have an international currency before they can transition to becoming an International Monetary Fund (IMF) Article VIII member.  If this is true then why doesn't the country of Kenya, Honduras, Algeria, Bahrain, and many more countries who are Article VIII members have an international currency.  The answer is that you do not need to have an international currency to be an IMF Article VIII member.
