You have always said that the CBI will pull the trigger on the RV when they think it is the right time to do so. So it could be right after or a week after or a year for then correct?] ...when the HCL is announced, that will be when the CBI is ready and I don't see the RV being delayed beyond that.

4-2-2015 *Adam Montana ~[How confident should we be that all currency (pre- and post- August 2014) will be honored in an RV?] I am very confident that all currently honored notes will be honored for however long they say they will honor them. At this time, only the 50 dinar notes are being pulled, and they were very clear about the timeframe and exchange policy.
