Why would they put laws into place where Iraq is interacting with other countries when their currency is at a tenth of a penny? There's no need! That's why you and I are speculating...we're getting in at the streets are bloody level…it doesn't sound pretty but that's when we got in…that's when you're supposed to…at the end of a war or right in the middle of a war. They are getting to the level where countries are going to start participating. It's a big deal to hand out bonds like this cause you have to guarantee them...
