5-7-2015 *Adam Montana ~[Has Iraq become Article 8 compliant...Isn't this a stipulation that has to be addressed before anything can move forward?] Article 8 isn't as important to the RV as some make it sound. With that said, I get the feeling it is on the back burner at this time, and that doesn't bother me at all.
