9-3-2015 *Adam Montana ~[The in-country bonds have been postponed to the end of September. Can the RV still happen? Also, the bonds will be purchased in Dinars but redeemed in USD. What do you make of this?] 1. YES 2. YES 3. ...in my opinion, it doesn't matter.
