Who knows what it is they're looking at. We don't know. That's a HUGE advantage for Iraq…it's a huge plus. The way they are managing the rebuild of their country, they are doing it right…they have no control over the political and religious influence one way or the other but they definitely have control over the value of their currency so they can add more value to it and that is exactly what they are doing.
