3-9-2012 *Breitling It's not going to be an RI, it will RV & they are not going to lop it. They are not going to come out and try & match the Kuwait rate. It would create an imbalance in the region and that's why it will be a managed float. Iraq will go through a growth spurt & then guess what - then Iraq will be worth more than Kuwait. I am willing to bet they will come out at a buck & then grow into the $3 rate. I've talked to the top economist around & this is where we disagree, they think they will come out at 3 bucks - lets hope these guys are right.
