1-16-2013 *Adam Montana ~the CBI is hinting that they are looking at ways to increase the value...I haven't seen anything too dramatic, just the normal can-kicking. regarding the budget, we have to understand that they aren't going to tell us how or when a major increase in value will happen - the official "budget" is a formality that can be adjusted or completely changed due to a major event like an RV. On the other side of the coin, the HCL and Erbil are also major factors - think of it like Dominoes. When one falls, we can expect a chain of events to happen. In fact it would be foolish to NOT expect a chain of events to take place.
