Good Morning, well another predicted day from the foolrus has come and gone, go figure. I am still hopeful that the RV will happen soon, however conditions are not just right at this time. Again a full GOI has yet to be seated, even though some foolurs stated that the list is in and will be approved yesterday or today, guess what it did not happen, Iraq does not work that fast. Also rate would be announced, well if it has, it is the best kept announcement I have seen. Will it happen before the end of the year, I am hopeful, but Iraq has to get off it''s donkey and get moving. And foolurs, if you are going to post something, make sure it is accurate. And please give us a hard copy from a source we all can see so we know you know what you are talking about.
